Whilst we don't do exchanges, Apsara will gladly offer a store credit or refund for a product you wish to return back to our warehouse if the product is not as described and on the following conditions:
(i) the products are received in our warehouse within 15 days from delivery,
(ii) the products are not worn, used, washed or damaged,
(iii) the original tags/labels/original hygiene sticker(s) are attached; and
(iv) you present proof of purchase.
All returns will go through an assessment once they arrive at our warehouse, and we may refuse any returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
Postage and shipment costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us so we can make it right!
